Ann E. Goff was born on January 15, 1963, in Des Moines, Iowa, to the late Dave and Mariann Tow. She passed away on October 13, 2026 at Sarcoxie Nursing Center, surrounded by those she loved.
Ann was the daughter of Dave and Mariann Tow and was raised in Kansas City, Missouri, where she spent her childhood and early years.
Ann was known for her creativity and the love she poured into the things she made with her hands. She enjoyed sewing, creating beautiful crochet blankets, and painstakingly detailed cross-stitch pieces. Each creation was a reflection of her patience, talent, and many of the things she made will continue to be treasured by those who knew her.
Ann is survived by her daughters, Shaulene Capps and her husband, Mark, of Joplin, Missouri, and Cynthia McWilliams of Carrollton, Missouri; her grandchildren, Anna-Larie McWilliams and Gavin McWilliams; and her biological sisters, Sue Kritzer and Sheryl Benson, whom she was blessed to reunite with later in life. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will carry her memory in their hearts.
She was proceeded in death by her devoted parents Dave and Mariann Tow. Along with her beloved only son Jeremiah Glunt.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the healthcare workers who loved and cared for Ann throughout her difficult years.
