The goods and services shown below are those we can provide for our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral and/or cremation arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason, whether legal or otherwise, in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected required by the Federal Trade Commission.
The following cremation service packages include a discount when compared to our itemized services and goods. These packages include an alternative container, which is required by law. If you choose to purchase a casket or different type of cremation container, the cost difference of that item will be added to the price of the package you choose. We provide respectful and dignified farewells to beloved farily pets. As pet owners ourselves, we understand the special bond and unconditional love between you and your pet, whether furry or exotic. To honor that relationship, we are dedicated to serving your needs through this final act of love. Pets are handled with care and treated with the dignity and respect they deserve; providing you with peace of mind and that they are in good hands. We know that making decisions, while grieving , can be overwhelming and are here to guide you through this difficult process.
At the time of need, please call the office during regular office hours.
Pickup times are 8 AM-6 PM.
During this unfortunate time, you may need to keep your pet’s remains in your home for a short time. Rest assured, that a well-cooled body can be held for up to 24 hours; however, the sooner we can arrange a pick-up the better. If the pet is small, wrap the remains in a blanket, towel, or bed sheet and then place them in a plastic bag. Then, you can store the remains safely in a refrigerator or freezer. This is the preferred way to temporarily store remains. If the animal is too large, there are two options. The remains should be placed on a cool, cement floor or concrete slab in the basement. This is the best way to draw heat away from the body. In this case, you should not cover or wrap the body.
If a cool cement surface is not available, you should wrap the remains in a towel, blanket, or bed sheet and place it in a plastic bag. Keep the body in the coldest area of your home, out of the sun, and packed with bags of ice.
Marker Selection:
Flat markers only
No outside markers
No vases allowed
The office of the cemetery will be open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday and 8:00 am until noon on most Saturdays for business purposes. The gates will be open for visitors from 8:00 am until dusk daily.
All burial spaces and cremation niches in Bentley Gardens are sold with endowed care (perpetual care.)
Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery agrees to maintain the grass within the cemetery at reasonable intervals and, in addition, Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery agrees to keep in repair and maintain in good condition all drives, walks, trees and structures within the cemetery.
If a headstone is desired, it must be pur chased through Ozark Memorial Park. No outside markers are allowed
To maintain the beauty of the garden, vases are not allowed. No fences, shepherd hooks, statues, pet tovs, crosses or baskets are alowed.
Digging or planting by anyone other than employees or contractors of Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery within the cemetery grounds is absolutely prohibited.
No decoration or flowers of any kind will be allowed to be placed directly on the cremation niche, including stickers or balloons in front or directly on any building within the cemetery grounds. This means no taping, wiring or gluing anything of any nature whatsoever.
