Geraldine Jones

Geraldine (Peewee) Ann Jones passed away unexpectedly on January 12, 2026 at the age of 56, at Pittsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center in Pittsburg, Kansas. She was born in Auburn, California on September 28, 1969 to Thomas Lee Jones and Kathryn Faye Sullivan. They moved to Cherryvale, Kansas when she was 8 years old. She attended school and grew up around Cherryvale and the surrounding areas until her early adulthood.

She married Ronald Kimberly Kim Hunt in 1986 and they later divorced after having two children. Their son is Jay Paul Hunt and daughter is Tosha Jean Hunt. Years later she remarried to Khaled Mohamed and they had a daughter named Amy (Terri) Ann Loughmiller.

Throughout her life, she was a great relative and friend who would always find ways to help out when she could. She loved to make others laugh. She could help brighten anyone’s day and loved to chat with anyone who would chat. She loved to go on road trips and explore new places or just show other people new places they had never saw or been to.

She leaves behind many family members and friends who miss her dearly. Her family members were her sister, Christine Sue Ellen Rodriguez, brother, Thomas Nelson Jones, niece, Shannon Lee Jones, nephew, Sean Anthony Keath, a grandson named Sebastian, 6 great nephews, 2 great nieces, and many more relatives.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Lee Jones, mother, Katheryn Faye Jones, and many other relatives.
