Patricia (Moody) Carver

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia “Patty” Carver, who left us peacefully at her home on May 30, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on March 19, 1960, to Patricia and Jack Moody, Patty was a loving wife, devoted mother, proud grandmother, and a cherished friend.

Patty was preceded in death by her first husband, Jim Carver, and her brother, Tom Moody. She is survived by her loving husband, Randy Smith, with whom she shared her later years. She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Jimmie Carver (Devin Duncan) and Cali Redmon (Zach Redmon), along with her beloved grandchildren: Callie, Nick, Aisha, Corbin, and Exzavior.

A hard worker and passionate about everything she did, Patty spent over 20 years at Eagle Pitcher and was also a talented hairdresser, bringing beauty and joy to countless people throughout her career. Outside of work, she was a huge animal lover, always finding joy in the company of her furry friends.

Known for her larger-than-life personality, Patty was the life of every party. She had a remarkable ability to bring people together, often using her quick wit and playful spirit to get a rise out of others, leaving a trail of laughter wherever she went. Her warmth and humor made her a friend to many, and her generosity knew no bounds. Patty would give anything to help those in need, and her heart was always open to anyone who needed it.

Above all, Patty’s greatest joy in life was her family. As a mother and grandmother, she poured her love into her children and grandchildren, always supporting and nurturing them with boundless affection. Her legacy of love and kindness will live on through them.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Longhorn Bar in Webb City. Friends and family are invited to join us as we celebrate the life of this amazing woman who brought so much joy, love, and laughter into our lives.
