Deborah Ann Fogel
Deborah Ann Fogel, 70 years old, passed away on February 23, 2026, peacefully in her sleep at Mercy Hospital with her husband by her side.
Debbie was born in Pittsburg, KS to Wilfred C. & Betty Eagan. She’s travelled a lot throughout her life, and lived in Kansas, Washington, Texas, and Missouri. She lived the remainder of her life in Oklahoma, where she could watch the horses and birds out of her back door by the kitchen table.
Debbie married Jody March 12, 1974 after being introduced to him by his sister Sally. She was a homemaker and mother to Joey and Roz. She babysat her granddaughters Britanie and Mariah and made many cherished memories with them. She held her son-in-law Ted and her daughter-in-law Emilee close to her heart, and loved them greatly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilfred C. & Betty Eagen; her brother, Edward Eagan; and daughter, Rosilan Watts.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Joseph Fogel II; her son, Joseph (Emilee) Fogel III; her son-in-law, Theodore (Barbie) Watts; her granddaughters, Britanie (Jacob) Scott, and Mariah Schmidt; her sisters, Darlene (Gene) Nesson, Patricia (Ralph) Graham-Morgan, Donna (Pete) Gallagher, and Jauquita (Marvin) Robarts; as well as many nieces, nephews, and their children.
Debbie was a member of the Whispering Hills Church of Christ, she loved to sing and attend gospel meetings. She brought her green beans to every gathering she attended. Debbie loved everybody she met as if they were her own, and she was loved by everyone that knew her. She loved visiting with her friends and family and connecting with people. She enjoyed watching YouTube, primarily Taco Stacks, Paper and Moose, and Locker Nuts. She liked listening to their stories and seeing all of the interesting things they’d find. Debbie is being cremated, there will not be a funeral service.
There will be a celebration of life for her at a later date that will be
announced
Cremation Arrangements are under the direction of Ozark Memorial Park Crematory of Joplin, Missouri.
