Marsha Gayle Sedgwick

November 08, 1961 – February 12, 2026

Marsha Gayle Sedgwick, 61, of Neosho, MO, passed away on February 12, 2026. A loving mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend, Marsha leaves behind a deep and painful void that words can scarcely express. Her gentle heart, generous spirit, and unwavering love touched everyone
fortunate enough to know her.

Marsha found joy in the simplest and most beautiful parts of the world—walking in nature, searching for hidden treasures, rock hunting, and watching the birds that brought her peace and wonder. These quiet passions reflected her own spirit: patient, curious, tender, and full of appreciation for life’s small things. Her love for the natural world was a gift she shared with those around her, creating memories that now feel even more precious.

Her warmth, wisdom, and beautiful spirit brought comfort and strength to her family and friends. Though her passing brings profound grief, her presence remains forever woven into the lives she touched. Today and always, we remember her with deep gratitude, carry her love forward, and hold close the comfort of knowing her light continues to shine within each of us.

Marsha is survived by her children, Keith Sedgwick and Samantha Hatch; her grandchildren, Dezirea Reyes, Rae Sedgwick, Cayden Harman, Breeanda Harman, and Layla Sedgwick; and her sisters, Shirley Carter and Jane Riley.
Her absence leaves an ache that cannot be measured, and she will be missed beyond words by all who loved her.

“Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.” Mark 6:31 “For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.” James 4:14 “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10

A life beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.
