Johnny’s journey behind the wheel began nearly five decades ago when he started truck driving alongside his best friend Terry. Whether it was through his legendary burnouts or tales of wild ambulance chases, Johnny brought energy and joy wherever he went. He was the heart of every conversation and the soul of every gathering.
Johnny had a deep love for motorcycles and found great joy participating in bike runs and truckers’ light parades. These hobbies reflected his adventurous spirit and love for community-he thrived in moments that brought people together.
He was a devoted husband to Sue Gaither of 37 years, marrying in 1992 and a cherished brother to Robbin Pacheco. His role as a father and grandfather was one he embraced wholeheartedly.
